Our Community Involvement - Building Stronger Connections

Community & Involvement

Many businesses, developers, and real estate advocates are members of community organizations. Chamber of Commerce, Builders Exchange, and others provide resources to the community for real estate projects and developments. Other groups that promote educational events like first-time buyer seminars, classes on homeownership, and small business finance seminars often do so with the help of community organizations.

We network regularly with members of community organizations to provide lending solutions. These solutions include low-down payment options for first-time home buyers, flexible loan programs to help business owners maximize their business capital, and non-bank construction loans for builders and developers seeking more funding flexibility than traditional banks will allow.

Anyone interested in buying property can do so through the traditional routes. However, it takes more than traditional everyday solutions from large and local banks to succeed. For some there is a clear-cut path to obtaining a mortgage, and for many others the path is not quite so obvious. Many community organizations, including non-profits and business associations, turn to large and local banks to advise their members. Although that can be very good and effective, it’s worth getting feedback from an expert broker with multiple funding sources for the best possible options.

We live in an ultra-competitive time and country, and many have found it hard to get ahead or even move forward. DCI can help with real estate and mortgage planning for the success of families, businesses, and developers.
